MedNilam – Account & Data Deletion Request
If you would like to delete your MedNilam account and all associated data, you can submit a deletion request using the instructions below. Once your request is received, your account and data will be permanently removed.
How to Request Account Deletion
To delete your account, send an email to:
nisha.wijerathna16@gmail.com
Please include the following information:
- Your registered email address
- A short message requesting account deletion
We will process your request and confirm once deletion is complete.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Email address used for login (Firebase Authentication)
No other personal data is stored by MedNilam.
What Data Is Retained
MedNilam does not retain any personal data after account deletion.
Only non‑personal technical logs may remain for app performance and security. These logs do not contain any identifiable information.
Deletion Timeline
Account deletion is completed within 7 days after we receive your request. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
